The essential oils are combined in a base of organic catnip and cinnamon basil infused organic apple cider vinegar and distilled water.

Cedarwood oil contains compounds like cedrol, which are toxic to ticks and can disrupt their pheromone pathways, making the environment inhospitable for them.

Marjoram oil, with its high concentration of terpenes such as carvacrol and thymol, has strong antimicrobial and insect-repellent characteristics, helping to deter ticks from latching onto the skin.
